Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • All included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is provided on all eligible returns within the United States

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send your item back

Non-Returnable Conditions

While we do not have final sale items, returns may be declined if:

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • Items are returned incomplete or without original packaging

  • The return request is made after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process
